Can I purchase a bundle rather than individual courses?

Yes! A bundle is considered 3 or more courses bought at once. You may purchase a Beginner Bundle, Intermediate Bundle, or Advanced Bundle. When purchasing a bundle, you receive a 20% discount!

Do I get a certificate when I finish?

Yes, you’ll receive a certificate for every completed course along with a Digital Badge within 24 hours after course completion. Download and share it with employers, peers, or add it to your LinkedIn profile.

How long do I have access to a course?

You’ll have unlimited access to the course content, downloadable guides, and scholarly journals for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Can I have my employer pay for the course?

Of course! If you need help convincing your employer to cover or reimburse the courses, let us handle it! Contact us at info@hreduwork.com, or by using the Contact Us form, and we will get in contact with your employer to discuss options.

Where do I complete the courses?

All courses are completed online in HR EduWork’s Learning Hub. You will be redirected to the Learning Hub to view, purchase, and complete courses. You will also have access to a student dashboard to track progress.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in your learning experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Refund Policy

  • We offer refunds for course purchases under the following conditions:

    • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content, and

    • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase

    If both conditions are met, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@hreduwork.com.

    Please Note:

    • Refunds are not available for downloadable content, completed certifications, or promotional/discounted purchases.

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Bulk Purchases

  • Refunds for discounted, bulk purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss options.

Cancellation Policy

  • We reserve the right to remove a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, content updates). In such cases, learners will be notified promptly and offered either:
